Engagements
Client work is governed by a written proposal and agreement for each project — scope, fixed price, schedule, and ownership terms live there, not here. In short: you own the deliverables once the invoice is settled, and you keep everything if we part ways.
No warranties on free advice
Articles and insights on this site are honest, general guidance — not professional advice for your specific situation. Decisions you make from free content are your own; decisions we make together under an engagement are covered by that engagement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing. Liability within client engagements is defined in the engagement agreement.
